There's a lot going on!

The sailing calendar and training calendar is looking very busy. You can see all of the events on the website: https://www.dalgetybaysc.org/events For some bookable events you need to be logged in to see them. Coming up we have:

14 January - RYA First aid course - now operating a waiting list

20-22 January - PowerBoat Instructor Course - also operating a waiting list

28 January - Dinghy Instructor Course pre-assessment - see below

3 February - How to be a Race Officer at DBSC - a chance to meet up at the clubhouse on a Friday night and learn how to run races

8 February - Racing Rules Seminar - critical to fair and safe racing, a good understanding of the latest set of rules is important for all members.

10-12 February and 24-26 March - Dinghy Instructor Course - see below.

Racing starts on 25 March with the Brass Monkey, with the Sunday Series after that.

Later in the year we plan to host two regattas, one with Aeros, D-Zeros and RS400s (at least) on 7 and 8 October and then the Scottish Skiffs regatta (and possibly others) on 21 and 22 October.

We are also running a Dinghy Instructor Course which is now open for booking:
