    Hurter Claims Victory at 2025 Dalgety Challenge

    With 91 boats entered, the Dalgety Challenge was a busy and colourful weekend, with lots of different types of boat taking part. Local sailor Euan Hurter delivered a dominant performance to win the Dalgety Challenge, the final event of the 2025 Magic Marine SailJuice Challenge.     A great start to the season!

    The 2025 season kicked off on a high note with spectacular conditions for the Brass Monkey season opener. The first races of the new season were completed with sunshine and a nice breeze, even if it was a bit too much northerly and shifty. Thanks to Karen Robertson for setting 3 races and for the rescue crews, some of whom were last minute stand-ins. The results were not quite right at the time

    Annual Regatta - 72 boats!

    Dalgety Bay Sailing Club hosted their Annual Regatta on the weekend of 28 and 29 September, welcoming 72 boats across six classes, with visitors from all over the UK.     Team building event at the club

    Dalgety Bay Sailing Club was delighted to host a charity team building and raft race event at the club yesterday, raising money for Mind, the mental health charity. Organised by a club member, the teams built rafts and raced through a slalom course, getting very wet in the process! An amazing fun afternoon was had by all!
