RYA Level 2 POWER BOAT COURSE 18/19th March 2023 This 2 day course covers all the elements of safe, high and low speed boat handling, coming alongside, securing to a buoy, anchoring, man overboard, basic navigational theory, tides and weather, safety equipment, maintenance checks and types of craft. Dalgety Bay Sailing Club Regatta 2022
The RS400, RS Aero, Waszp and Scottish Skiff fleets descended on Dalgety Bay Sailing Club last weekend (22 and 23 October) for some late-season racing and a chance to test out the club's epic new launching facilities.

DBSC Youth Week
DBSC Youth Week is going to go ahead on 2nd 6th August at Longcraig Scout Centre in South Queensferry. Overall numbers and the number of groups will be limited due to Covid restrictions. Once we understand demand we will sort out levels and groups. It is likely that we will focus mostly on beginner sailing levels. Dalgety Bay Sailing Club is 50 years old!
Fifty years ago last month, Dalgety Bay Sailing Club was officially "opened" by Miss C. M. McLauchlan, the then Aberdour and Dalgety Bay District councillor. In fact, the club had been formed by way of an informal gathering organised by some local enthusiasts including Beattie Burnside, Alastair Burnside, Stewart Cameron, Stuart Black, and Brian Otway in 1971.
