Keelboat Info FYCA Safety Regulations Would all keelboat owners please note that the FYCA Safety Regulations for Yachts are now at issue 2, with modified Paragraph 3.02 on stability requirements and list of exemptions agreed to date in Appendix A. These are available on the FYCA web site at: www.fyca.org.uk .These construction requirements become mandatory for open events from 1st April and all FIG races require compliance with Category 4. |
