C lubhouse Booking Procedure
The Clubhouse is available for hire for meetings or parties e.g. for Birthdays *, Anniversaries, Barbecues etc. ( * Please note that 18th and 21st Parties must be approved by the Management Committee). The clubhouse is situated in lovely surroundings with a fine view to delight your friends. The newly extended function room can now hold up to 90 people and the galley, bar and barbecue are all available for your use. The clubhouse can only be booked by Members for which there is a £40 booking fee. A £100 returnable deposit is also required in the case of damage. Sailing related meetings are free of charge. The Clubhouse, grounds and other facilities can be hired by non-members, so long as this does not involve the Club's Liquor Licence or bar. In particular, the Clubhouse can be hired when the bar is not scheduled to be open. We regret that the bar facility or any use of it cannot be deployed for non-members because of the constraints of the Club's Liquor Licence. Non-members are welcomed as your guests, but please remember that licensing law means that all non-members must be signed in by a member. |
